Jo's Surgery Update #7

Jo's doing well so far today. Last night was kinda long with the nurse needing to come in every hour to check her temperature to make sure she was still doing ok with the transfusion. Getting comfortable after being woke up proved difficult some times. She was able to rest quite a bit this morning after the nurse shift change.

Her blood results came back about an hour ago and it looks like the transfusion worked very well.

She's sitting up in her chair right now and feeling ok. She has some dizziness from the pain meds, but other than that she is pretty comfortable.

The doc visited around 10 today and said he plans to keep her in ICU tonight again. Which we really don't mind because it is a guaranteed private room for now. Once she goes to 'the floor' she may have a roommate.

Thank you all for the constant stream of grace and help. We are so so so thankful to you and to God for you!

Moore coming right up,

C&J
